Bamboo Wisk (traditional)

The traditional delicate bamboo whisk “Chasen” is used to whisk ceremonial matcha in tea ceremonies. The strands help to dissolve the matcha powder to make a light creamy foam. Before use, steep in boiling water for 1-3min to allow the bamboo strands to absorb moisture and expand. Do not put in dishwasher.
