Single origin from Yame Fukuoka, our ceremonial Matcha has been carefully hand-picked and stone milled from the first harvest. Only the first harvest and traditional stone milled Matcha can be called ceremonial Matcha, so we adjusted our roasting time to suit the local middle eastern water. Use 1 teaspoon (2-3g) per serving.
